Ingredients
- 1/4 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup raw pistachios
- 1/4 cup raw cashew
- 3/4 cup dates
- 1 tsp Spanish saffron
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
Method
- To a hot pot add all the nuts and allow to roast.
- Add oil and saffron allowing to cook for 2 minutes.
- Add dates and mix well by letting all the nuts combine with the dates. Note: (excess oil is fine just discard )
- Place into a pan and smoothen all the edges leaving it leveled Note: (Any shaped pan will do )
- Sprinkle some cardamom and pistachios and continue to smoothen.
- Allow to cool and then slice into small bars or any cutters can be used.
