Been craving a tasty burger for a while now but the last time I went out to purchase one I was disappointed. So naturally my solution was to make it myself. This double layered burger with a thin, well seasoned beef patty is definitely a recipe to add to your repertoire.
Homemade Burgers
Ingredients
Burger Patty
- 1 lb regular minced beef
- 1 lb lean minced beef
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp mustard powder
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds ground
- salt & black pepper to taste
Burger Sauce
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp pepper sauce
Instructions
- Thoroughly combine ingredients
- Form into thin patties and place on wax paper or parchment sheets
- Cook patties for 45 seconds on each side
