Ingredients

Burger Patty

  • 1 lb regular minced beef
  • 1 lb lean minced beef
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds ground
  • salt & black pepper to taste

Burger Sauce

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp pepper sauce

Instructions

  • Thoroughly combine ingredients
  • Form into thin patties and place on wax paper or parchment sheets
  • Cook patties for 45 seconds on each side
