This Stir Fry Chicken & Mushrooms dish is a simple but delicious recipe to accompaniment your Knorr Teriyaki Noodles. Create the perfect Asian inspired lunch or dinner without breaking a sweat.
Stir Fry Chicken & Mushrooms
Ingredients:
2 pre-seasoned chicken breasts sliced
10 mushrooms sliced
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 1″ piece of ginger minced
1 cayenne pepper sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dried thyme
3 bundles bok choy
3 tbsp oil
salt & black pepper to taste
Method:
Add two tablespoons of oil to a pan on high heat
Add chicken breast to pan then saute for 3 to 5 minutes, keep turning chicken in pan so it cooks evenly
Reduce heat to medium then add garlic, ginger and cayenne pepper then saute for 30 seconds
Add mushrooms and soy sauce
Season with dried thyme, salt and black pepper to taste
Continue to saute for another 8 minutes
To a pan on high heat add 1 tbsp oil
Add bok choy and stir fry for 30 seconds then remove from heat
Knorr Teriyaki Noodles Method
In a saucepan bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil
Add 1 tbsp oil to water then add Knorr Teriyaki Noodles
