This Stir Fry Chicken & Mushrooms dish is a simple but delicious recipe to accompaniment your Knorr Teriyaki Noodles. Create the perfect Asian inspired lunch or dinner without breaking a sweat.
Stir Fry Chicken & Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 2 pre-seasoned chicken breasts sliced
- 10 mushrooms sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 1″ piece of ginger minced
- 1 cayenne pepper sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 3 bundles bok choy
- 3 tbsp oil
- salt & black pepper to taste
Method:
- Add two tablespoons of oil to a pan on high heat
- Add chicken breast to pan then saute for 3 to 5 minutes, keep turning chicken in pan so it cooks evenly
- Reduce heat to medium then add garlic, ginger and cayenne pepper then saute for 30 seconds
- Add mushrooms and soy sauce
- Season with dried thyme, salt and black pepper to taste
- Continue to saute for another 8 minutes
- To a pan on high heat add 1 tbsp oil
- Add bok choy and stir fry for 30 seconds then remove from heat
Knorr Teriyaki Noodles Method
- In a saucepan bring 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil
- Add 1 tbsp oil to water then add Knorr Teriyaki Noodles
- Reduce heat and allow to simmer for 7 minutes
