2 tsp Spice blend ( paprika,dry basil,dry parsley,salt and black pepper)
1 Celery stalk
2 tbsp Cuisine® Soya bean oil
METHOD:
Bring a pot of water to boil
Cook the rice Note: ( Do not boil the rice too soft as it will still be cooked later on)
Cut all the vegetables into small dice and source all the spices and herbs needed.
To a hot pot add oil and allow to be heated.
Sauté all the vegetables (except the corn and raisins )cook for about 2-3 minutes.Note : ( Do not over cook the vegetables as we still want that crunch factor added to the dish)
Place rice into the pot along with the herbs and spices.
Fold all the ingredients together and taste for salt and pepper.
