Shiro Wot is a delicious, vegan Ethiopian stew. The main ingredient in this dish is Shrio powder which is a combination of chickpea flour and berbere spice. Shiro powder is easy to make from scratch once you have your berbere spice blend on hand. Check out how to make that spice blend here.
This is a great vegan side dish to add to your recipe repertoire. It is typically enjoyed with injera bread but don’t let that stop you from having it with rice or even roti.
