Sorrel Lychee Bellini
- 1 ½ – 2oz Lychee Liqueur
- 1oz Sorrel Extract
- Top with Prosecco or Sparkling white wine (dry)
Sorrel Lassi
- 1 cup plain, fresh yogurt
- Ice (to desired consistency)
- Cardamom (to taste, we used 6 shelled)
- 100ml Simple Syrup or sweeten to taste
- 100ml Sorrel Extract or Sorrel Liqueur
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
Untitled Cocktail (A twist on the Moscow Mule)
- 2oz Vodka
- 3/4oz Triple Sec
- 100ml Steeped Sorrel Leaf Extract
- 80ml Ginger Beer
- 3/4oz -1oz Simple Syrup
- Splash of Lime Juice
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
