Not only is this a kids’ favourite because it’s packed with cheese, but it is also infinitely customizable! These cheese muffins are quick, freezer- friendly and downright delicious!
1 ½ cup Cuisine All-Purpose Flour
1 tbsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp onion powder (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 egg, beaten
1 cup Cuisine Full Cream Milk
¼ cup Cuisine Soyabean Oil
3 cups of grated cheese
1 oz of cold grated unsalted butter
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
Toss the cold grated butter into the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix just until combined.
Fold in the cheese.
Scoop batter into a lined muffin pan, filling ¾ way to the top.
