Cheese Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup Cuisine All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp onion powder optional
  • 1 tsp garlic powder optional
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup Cuisine Full Cream Milk
  • ¼ cup Cuisine Soyabean Oil
  • 3 cups of grated cheese
  • 1 oz of cold grated unsalted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  • In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
  • Toss the cold grated butter into the dry ingredients.
  • In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix just until combined.
  • Fold in the cheese.
  • Scoop batter into a lined muffin pan, filling ¾ way to the top.
  • Sprinkle with brown sugar
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
  • Garnish: Cuisine Demerara Genuine Brown Sugar
