of grated cheese

of cold grated unsalted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375ºF.
In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
Toss the cold grated butter into the dry ingredients.
In a separate bowl, combine all wet ingredients.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix just until combined.
Fold in the cheese.
Scoop batter into a lined muffin pan, filling ¾ way to the top.
Sprinkle with brown sugar
Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve warm.
Garnish: Cuisine Demerara Genuine Brown Sugar
