Pão de queijo is the cheese puff of Brazil! These cheese breads are popular across Brazil, similar to how hops bread is in Trinidad & Tobago.

Found at almost every bakery, this bread is traditionally made with tapioca flour, butter and cheese. These little bites are perfect with coffee or tea and ideal for breakfast or a quick snack. This bread can be prepared ahead of time and frozen until ready to bake.
