Ingredients

full cream milk

butter

Tapioca Flour

Cassava Flour

Egg
slightly beaten

Cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Warm milk in pot with oil and butter
Once butter is melted, remove pot from stove top and add flour (Tapioca and Cassava)
Add salt to beaten egg then incorporate into flour mixture
Fold in cheese
Using a spoon, or scoop, to portion dough and roll into golf ball size pieces
Place on lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes
Allow to cool for 5 minutes once removed from the oven

These cheese breads can be frozen after portioned and baked fresh when ready!
Try a combination of mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese for a cheesier version!
