Ingredients

  • 1 pack 400 g egg noodles boiled and drained
  • 1 whole chicken cooked and shredded
  • 2 tbsp garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp ginger minced
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper julienned
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper julienned
  • 1 cup black fungus soaked drained & chopped
  • 1 cup black mushrooms soaked drained & chopped
  • 1 bundle chives cut into 2" pieces
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Add vegetable oil to a wok on high heat.
  • Add ginger and garlic then saute for 30 seconds.
  • Add onion, bell peppers, fungus and mushrooms then saute on high heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Add noodles and toss to combine well.
  • Add chicken and toss to combine well.
  • Season with salt, white pepper, sugar and oyster sauce.
  • Toss to combine well.
  • Add sesame oil then toss.
  • Finish with fresh chives.
  • Serve & Enjoy.
