Ingredients
- 1 pack 400 g egg noodles boiled and drained
- 1 whole chicken cooked and shredded
- 2 tbsp garlic minced
- 2 tbsp ginger minced
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper julienned
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper julienned
- 1 cup black fungus soaked drained & chopped
- 1 cup black mushrooms soaked drained & chopped
- 1 bundle chives cut into 2" pieces
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Add vegetable oil to a wok on high heat.
- Add ginger and garlic then saute for 30 seconds.
- Add onion, bell peppers, fungus and mushrooms then saute on high heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add noodles and toss to combine well.
- Add chicken and toss to combine well.
- Season with salt, white pepper, sugar and oyster sauce.
- Toss to combine well.
- Add sesame oil then toss.
- Finish with fresh chives.
- Serve & Enjoy.
