Ingredients

400 g egg noodles boiled and drained

whole chicken cooked and shredded

garlic minced

tbsp
ginger minced

onion thinly sliced
1/2
red bell pepper julienned
1/2
yellow bell pepper julienned
1
cup
black fungus soaked
drained & chopped
1
cup
black mushrooms soaked
drained & chopped
1
bundle chives cut into 2" pieces
3
tbsp
vegetable oil
2
tbsp
oyster sauce
1
tbsp
sesame oil
2
tsp
white pepper
1
tsp
sugar
salt to taste
Instructions
Add vegetable oil to a wok on high heat.
Add ginger and garlic then saute for 30 seconds.
Add onion, bell peppers, fungus and mushrooms then saute on high heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add noodles and toss to combine well.
Add chicken and toss to combine well.
Season with salt, white pepper, sugar and oyster sauce.
Toss to combine well.
Add sesame oil then toss.
Finish with fresh chives.
Serve & Enjoy.
