A bowl of oats is my go-to breakfast of choice and I eat it on an almost daily basis. Truth be told I mostly throw my ingredients together in a bowl and zap it in the microwave but ever so often I will use a pot, take my time and cook the oats. This might sound as if it takes a considerable amount of time to cook oats but it really doesn’t. You can make oats on the stove top in 10 minutes or less.
Of course, oats is a very nutritional choice for breakfast so don’t be afraid to adopt this as regular item in your diet. I don’t use milk at all in my oats but I do use different spices to give it that same great taste that I used to get from granny’s porridge. Check out my previous video on oats as well as some of the health benefits of the ingredients used here: Oatmeal – Breakfast Of Champions.Â
