4 Ways To Use Coconut Milk
Check out the dishes I made below.
A blend of Grace Coconut Milk Powder with the Tropical Rhythms Mango Carrot drink created a Pina Colada type vibe. It was rich, smooth and delicious!
Coconut Spiced Oats
Oats is the real breakfast of champions and swapping out water or regular milk for coconut milk offered a vegan option with additional flavour. The richness of the coconut milk together with the spices was a perfect pairing for this hearty and wholesome breakfast option. Click here to see our full breakfast oats recipe.
Creamy Tomato & Coconut Sauce Pasta
The secret to a creamy and luscious pasta without the cream or cheese is GRACE coconut milk. The sweetness of the coconut milk balanced out the acidity in the tomato paste and created an amazing meatless dish that everyone can enjoy. In fact, you didn’t even miss the meat.
Coconut Bread Pudding
The next time you think of throwing out stale bread, DON’T – make a bread pudding instead and use Grace coconut milk as the base for your custard. Add some warm spices, sprinkle on some nuts as a final touch and you’ve got an easy dessert that was a synch to make. Check out our full recipe for Coconut Bread Pudding Here
