1 bag of Cuisine White Roasted Peanuts
2 tbsp Cuisine Soybean Oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 small scotch bonnet pepper, minced (remove seeds for less heat)
2 tsp paprika
3 tsp of chopped fresh shadow beni
Sea salt, to taste
In a large saucepan or cast iron pot on medium flame, heat the Cuisine Soybean oil
Add garlic and scotch bonnet pepper and gentle sautée.
Add paprika and Cuisine White Roasted Peanuts.
Allow the peanuts to toast in the oil.
Add fresh shadow beni and season with salt
Allow Pepper Nuts to cool and store in airtight container.
