Cheeseburger Patty Ingredients:
- 2 lbs minced beef
- 1/4 cup Cuisine Succulent Burger Mix
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Additional salt & black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Cuisine Soyabean Oil
Method:
- Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and combine well
- Measure the size of your bread then form patties to desired scale
- Cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to cook
Asian Glaze Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp sugar
- salt & black pepper to taste
Method:
- Add ingredients to a sauce pan and stir well to combine
- Simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes
Apple Slaw Ingredients:
- 1 granny smith apple cut into thin strips
- 2 cups grated cabbage
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp sugar
- salt & black pepper to taste
Method:
- Add ingredients to a large bowl then toss to combine well
- Cover and place in refrigerator until ready to assemble cheeseburger
Cheeseburger Cooking & Assembly:
- Add oil to a pan on medium to high heat
- Place patty in pan then press with a spatula to flatten it to desired size
- Allow to cook on one side for 3 minutes then flip
- Apply glaze to the patty then place a slice of Colby cheese on top
- Add 2 tbsp of water to the frying pan then immediately cover to melt the cheese on the patty
- Cook for 2 minutes
- Place lettuce then apple slaw on your bun
- Place the patty then top with onions
- Enjoy
