Peanut Punch & More

Peanut Punch is a bit of a hot topic right now in Trinidad & Tobago, and you might be thinking about throwing down a DIY punch at home. Fear not we’ve got you covered. It’s no secret the best punch you can drink is the punch you make for yourself. Tweak it exactly to your liking and enjoy!


Guinness & Peanut Punch

  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup Guinness
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 dashes of bitters
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp granola (for topping)
  • 1 tsp wheat germ (for topping)
  • 1 cup ice

Method:

  1. Add ingredients into a blender making sure to put the ice and milk in first
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Top with granola and wheat germ

Fig Punch

  • 4 very ripe bananas
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 dashes of bitters
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ

Method:

  1. Add ingredients into blender making sure to put ice and milk first
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Top with a light dusting of nutmeg, granola and wheat germ

Soursop & Coconut Punch

  • 1 cup soursop pulp
  • 2 packets coconut powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp grated tonkabean
  • 1 tsp granola
  • 1 tsp wheat germ
  • 1 cup ice

Method:

  1. Add coconut powder to a bowl with hot water and stir until combined
  2. Add ingredients to blender then blend until smooth
  3. Top with granola and wheat germ
