Guinness BBQ Sauce

March 15, 2021 by baidawi Leave a Comment

Who doesn’t love Guinness & BBQ? Well in this recipe I combine the two worlds to create cross cut beef short ribs in a Guinness BBQ Sauce. This sauce is great on beef but will also work just as well on chicken, fish, pork, goat or lamb. Fire up the grill this weekend and enjoy this Guinness BBQ sauce along with a few bottle or pints of Guinness! Sláinte!
