Cheese Paste

You can make a great cheese paste with only four ingredients. All you need is cheese, mayo, mustard and pepper sauce in the right proportions to nail a foolproof spread. Of course, I’m taking it beyond the basics and sharing some great tips on how to achieve something smooth and spreadable. People typically add butter and milk to their cheese paste to make it more spreadable. But all you really need is a food processor to get that great sandwich spread consistency without adding extra ingredients.

I recently found out that people also add sugar to their paste. This is a total no-no, please refrain from committing such an egregious act.
