Khaajur Paak

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup raw pistachios
  • 1/4 cup raw cashew
  • 3/4 cup dates
  • 1 tsp Spanish saffron
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Method

  • To a hot pot add all the nuts and allow to roast.
  • Add oil and saffron allowing to cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add dates and mix well by letting all the nuts combine with the dates. Note: (excess oil is fine just discard )
  • Place into a pan and smoothen all the edges leaving it leveled Note: (Any shaped pan will do )
  • Sprinkle some cardamom and pistachios and continue to smoothen.
  • Allow to cool and then slice into small bars or any cutters can be used.
  • Serve and enjoy
