3 tbsp of tomato paste
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Your choice of vegetables, Cuisine Pineapple Slices, meats, herbs.
Method – Dough
In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
Gradually add warm water to the mixture and form into a dough.
Once a ball is formed, transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead until smooth. This should take about 5 to 10 minutes.
Transfer the dough into a greased bowl and cover with a towel or plastic wrap.
Set aside for 1 hour or until the dough has doubled in size.
Once the dough has doubled in size, punch down to expel the excess air.
Divide the dough into three pieces.
Roll each piece into a thin circle, about 1/8 inch in thickness.
Heat a tawa or large cast iron pan over a medium flame. Transfer the dough onto the tawa and allow the base of the pizza to cook until brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
Method – Pizza sauce
In a medium saucepan over low heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil.
Add dried Italian seasoning mix to garlic and olive oil mixture.
Add tomato sauce, salt, sugar, balsamic, pineapple juice and tomato paste and stir in.
Stir until the sauce just begins to bubble.
Remove from heat and cool.
Method – Assembly
Set your oven to the “broiler” setting and move the rack to second highest slot.
Place the cooked crust onto a large baking tray.
Spread sauce onto the cooked crust in a thin, even layer.
Add mozzarella cheese and desired toppings.
Place prepared pizza into the oven.
Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly. This should take about 5 to 6 minutes.
Allow the pizza to set for 10 minutes before slicing.
NOTE: Please monitor your pizza closely while in the broiler to prevent burning.
