The baked Corvina was an attention grabber in presentation and some might say that contrasts its flavor but I really appreciated the subtlety of this fleshy and flaky fish. The preparation celebrated its mildness and I really got to taste and appreciate the meat.

Of course, all this wonderful food was made possible by the talented cooks and chefs in the kitchen. I can’t call these “Behind The Scenes” shots because they were front and center. I love the layout of the space as it gave me the opportunity to enjoy watching the activity in the engine room.
Of course, wine on deck for perfect pairing options.
And a dessert spread to satisfy your sweet tooth.
