Mixologists Ryan “Mojito King” Sylvester & Justin Ballantyne created five Christmas cocktails to add to your repertoire for the holiday season. Using the Absolut Elyx, they concocted a Breakfast Martini and a Sorrel Moscow Mule. The Martell Cognac was the star of the show for the Apple Mojito, Twisted Sidecar and a Martell Eggnog. Breakfast Martini
Directions
- Add ingredients to a shaker and shake for 12 seconds.
- Double strain into Martini glass
- Garnish with cinnamon sugar rim
Apple Mojito
Directions
- Add limes, apple slices and mint leaves to glass.
- Muddle lightly by pressing ingredients in glass.
- Add Martell Cognac
- Add ice and top with ginger beer
Sorrel Moscow Mule
Directions
- Add all ingredients to shaker except ginger beer
- Shake and strain into glass
- Add ice and top with ginger beer
- Garnish with fresh sorrel
Twisted Sidecar
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker then shake for 12 seconds.
- Strain into cocktail glass.
- Top with ice or strain into Martini glass (no ice)
Martell Eggnog
Directions
- Add all ingredients to shaker then shake without ice for 10 seconds
- Add ice, shake again for 10 seconds
- Strain into glass
- Add ice then finish with freshly grated nutmeg
