Pepper Nuts Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of Cuisine White Roasted Peanuts
- 2 tbsp Cuisine Soybean Oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 small scotch bonnet pepper, minced (remove seeds for less heat)
- 2 tsp paprika
- 3 tsp of chopped fresh shadow beni
- Sea salt, to taste
Method:
- In a large saucepan or cast iron pot on medium flame, heat the Cuisine Soybean oil
- Add garlic and scotch bonnet pepper and gentle sautée.
- Add paprika and Cuisine White Roasted Peanuts.
- Allow the peanuts to toast in the oil.
- Add fresh shadow beni and season with salt
- Allow Pepper Nuts to cool and store in airtight container.
