I came up with this recipe for Plantain Porridge after a failed attempt at making fufu a couple weeks ago and it turned out so good that I decided to do a video on how to prepare it. Honestly I don’t know how the thought of doing thing never occurred to me before but as they say, better late than never. I was also under the impression that I had stumbled upon something unique and original but as it turns out, Plantain Porridge is already a thing.
Morning kitchen experiments with plantain led me here and honestly I dunno why I never thought of this before. It is delicious! Plantain Porridge pic.twitter.com/WWtUsaYlON
