Just Good Shrimp

This is “just good shrimp”! A simple recipe that uses just the right balance of ingredients to create amazing flavor. Achieve perfect results with just a couple herbs, some minced garlic and a couple dashes of Angostura Aromatic Bitters and Angostura Orange Bitters.

“Just Good Shrimp”

Ingredients

  • 1lb shrimp (cleaned & de-veined) 
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 sprigs parsley (finely chopped)
  • 3 sprigs dill (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 3-4 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
  • 3-4 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters
  • salt & black pepper (to taste)

Method

  1. Season shrimp with salt, black pepper, chili powder and Angostura bitters.
  2. Add olive oil and butter to a pan on medium heat.
  3. As butter begins to melt, add garlic.
  4. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. Add shrimp, dill and parsley then saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Finish with fresh lime juice.
  7. Serve & Enjoy!
