Leftover Turkey Salad
The great thing about salads like this is that you can literally use whatever you have in your fridge to put together something amazing!

Ingredients
Salad

bundle kale
chopped
3
tomatoes
diced

cucumbers
diced
1
purple onion
sliced
1
carrot
grated

pimentos
sliced

can whole kernel corn
1
bundle parsley
chopped
2
cups
turkey breast
diced
Sorrel Vinaigrette
3
tbsp
sorrel juice
½
cup
olive oil
1
tsp
garlic
minced
Angostura Orange Bitters
salt & black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Sorrel Vinaigrette
Add ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Add a few liberal dashes of Angostura Orange Bitters to mixture.
Whisk ingredients together until well combined.
Salad Assembly
Toss salad ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Drizzle with sorrel vinaigrette.
Toss.
Enjoy!
