Guava Jam
This super simple but amazing homemade guava jam is made from scratch. With this recipe there's no need to every buy guava jam again!

Ingredients

ripe guavas washed and cut into quarters
2

granulated sugar
3
bay leaves
Instructions
Add sugar to guava, cover and leave to stand overnight
Add mixture to a pot and cook on medium/ low heat for 15 to 20 minutes
Skim off the foam that forms on top the mixture and discard
Transfer mixture to a blender then blend until smooth
Use a sieve and a rubber spatula to strain mixture
Repeat this step using a smaller sieve for a smoother texture (optional)

Ingredients Farm & Function Caribbean Guava
2 cups Farm & Function Caribbean Guava
1 cup of brown sugar
1 bay leaf
3 cloves
1 piece of orange or lemon peel
Method:
Add guava cubes to a pot with sugar, bay leaf, orange peel and cloves
Cook on medium/ low heat for 15 to 20 minutes until it comes to a boil
Reduce heat to low then continue to simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes
Transfer to a bowl or jar and allow to cool
Serve & Enjoy
