Citrus Glazed Salmon

Salmon filets

unsalted butter

orange juice

dashes Angostura Orange Bitters
salt
to taste
Instructions
Thaw salmon to room temperature then pat dry with a paper towel.
Combine lemon pepper, chili powder, salt and oil in a bowl.
Apply wet rub to salmon filets.
Heat up a frying pan on medium heat.
Add salmon filets then cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
Remove salmon filets from frying pan and set aside.
Add garlic, butter and thyme to frying pan then sauté for 1 minute.
Add orange juice and Angostura Orange Bitters to pan then cook for 3 to 5 minutes until mixtures starts to reduce.
Add salmon filets to pan then cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve & Enjoy!
