1tin of Channa/Chickpeas or 280 grams cooked Channa
4Clovesgarlicroasted
1large pimento
½cuptahini paste
½cupolive oil
3tbps. Lemon juice
¼tspred pepper flakes
Dash of cumin
Dash of paprika
Salt to taste
Sorrel Drizzle
1cupof your homemade sorrelalready sweetened…sweet
2clovesticks
1cinnamon stick
1bayleaf
Instructions
Roasted Vegetables
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add all the vegetables to a mixing boil. Drizzle oil onto vegetables; enough to cover the vegetables, and add the spices and salt to taste.
Mix until all vegetables are thoroughly coated.
Place unto a non-stick baking tray or covered baking tray.
Place into the oven and roast for 20 mins or until edges are brown and roasted.
Hummus
Drain and wash channa/chickpeas.
Place all hummus ingredients; including drained channa/chickpeas and roasted garlic, into a blender and blend until smooth/creamy.
Taste for salt.
Sorrel Drizzle
Add all drizzle ingredients into a sauce pan and let reduce to half the quantity, about 15 mins at medium/high temperature.
Platter Assembly
Spread hummus on the base of a plate/serving tray.
Arrange the veggie bites and roasted vegetables on the hummus spread.
Drizzle with the sorrel sauce and top with the toasted almonds and chive.
Serve warm and enjoy!

How To Prepare Veggie Bites
In a wok or pot, heat up oil to deep fry one pack of prepared AD-Yana Foods' Veggie Bites (10 Bites) then fry veggie bites until golden brown. This should take approximately 5 to 6 minutes.
